The ICE test pen serves to check the surface treatment of all plastic substrates.It has a shown  effect onto the material. A stroke of the pens leaves a full line on the material if the material’s surface energy is below the dyne level being used.

If the materials surface energy is below the dyne level being used, the fluid will form small drops on the surface.
